They will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations for Defence-related and high-security infrastructure projects. This position requires a hands-on leader who maintains a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, and who can effectively manage teams in remote or regional settings. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to uphold standards of quality and productivity. Monitor project progress, liaising closely with Project Managers and clients to address challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and Defence industry regulations. Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and documentation. Operate effectively within the conditions of remote and regional locations. Our Ideal Candidate Experienced Site Supervisor with a proven background in Defence or high-security infrastructure projects. Hold relevant trade qualifications or construction management credentials. Strong understanding of construction practices, workplace health and safety, and Defence compliance requirements. Effective leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. Skilled in managing subcontractors and leading teams across multiple project phases. Experience in remote or regional project delivery highly regarded. Applicants holding a DCAC clearance will be viewed favorably.
